I am healthier today!

Wednesday, February 13, 2013

I know I am better health wise because:
I can walk 5 plus miles if I want to. (That would be around the perimeter of our villages.)
I can jog on the treadmill with out collapsing. Well, at least for 15 min. But I think I could
go longer if I really wanted to.
I can kneel in church without it hurting.
I can show my Drivers License to the Postmaster and he says I am glad I don't have to copy this license and send it on to the powers that be! At least I know it's you. Cause no one else would. Picture an older woman doing her happy touchdown dance!
My blood pressure is better than optimal.
I fit in chairs without worry that they will collapse.
I fit in chairs without worry that I will get stuck! (That did happen at my heaviest! Very embarrassing)
I can stand up to put my slacks on.
I can go on a hike without worrying that I won't be able to make it back. Oh sometimes I have over estimated my stamina and had to call for backup. But we won't go into that right now.
I feel more alive today than I ever have in my 62 years on earth. Isn't that sad and amazing at the same time!
I feel good! I feel fine! Just like I knew that I could!
I am sure I could go on but this is enough for now.
Spark On!

I love that you made a list of all the positive changes that have come with your healthier lifestyle. Sometimes I just get caught up in the number on the scale. I think I'll give this a try. Great for you to be feeling so wonderful!! Three cheers!!
