Simple pleasures

Today was a huge step for me. I decided to do my workout while going to the bank. I did fail to realize how far it acutally is for workout purposes but hey this is focusing on the positive. I am slowly getting back into running and was running outside for the first time in 20 months. I never thought I would be grateful for side stiches. In many ways I felt like I was learning to run again, but the simple fact I could has made my day. I need to find a pacing program that will work for me as I need to relearn the pace I am comfortable. Definitely my run is a walk pace, but I know overtime that will pick up.
