So I said it before (along with everyone else on this site!) and I say it again! Diet alone will not get me to my goal and I got to get off but more than once or twice a week and exercise as well as stay on top of tracking the food I put in my mouth!
This week proved my point!
While I had thought I had been doing well on the foods I had been eaten and only slacking on the exercise the scale that told me I had gained 2.6 lbs in 10 days (since I changed from Mondays to Weds for weigh-in's I had waited an extra 3 days this week to weigh-in) told me I had really messed up!
Now I am not going to beat myself up over this, instead I am going to use this to fuel me to do better and work harder! Time to get back on track!
