emoticon Sorry I haven't been on here in awhile have been dealing with some personal issues. I have had some changes since last time being on here concerning my weight but got to get back on track to loose it,and more to reach my goal. I want to be healthier for my family,and my futures grand babies. I turn the 50 this year,and have been struggling with my weight all through my life. I have found out about a year ago that I'm a diabetic,and on medications for different health issues. I hate to take medications so I need to work hard at getting to my goal so I can get off the medications. It's hard for me to do much exercise because I have a bad back problem that causes me to struggle with pain daily.

    Do what you can with exercise, even 10 minutes at a time helps. Have you talked with you doctor of exercises you can do that can keep you from hurting your back? Walking is aiways good if that is what you can only handle----good luck on your journey.

    Work with your personal physician so you can work on fitness within the framework of your limitations. Don't let it limit your ability to visualize achieving your golas! emoticon
