Oh really?

Wednesday, February 13, 2013

I went this morning and did my water class. emoticon I stayed and water jogged for a while after-in deep water, so I had the calorie burning benefit of the motion without the impact. Then I treated myself to 15 minutes in the whirlpool. Oh did that feel good!

Then I came home to my incredibly messy house, compounded by the chihuahua from HELL! Sorry, but this dog is jumping on my very last nerve. Now it has started tearing holes in the sheets and digging into the memory foam matresses!!! Okay and I JUST NOW caught it with My good wooden ruler for my knitting?! And it chewed the end off!! Which means the little rotten rat climbed up on my table and got it down!!!

AARGHH!! On top of him dragging dirty laundry all over the house, and the ever popular running into the living room whenever we have company WITH UNDERWEAR IN HIS MOUTH! Hi climbs in the baskets/hamper and gets them. I am about half a heartbeat from locking the little monster in his crate for about 23 hours a day!!

Add that to my son being either good as gold or total heathen? UGH!!

So when I got home, I ate some lunch, rested my knee, put a load of laundry in. Cursed at the rat. Did some dishes. FELL OVER THE RAT. Cried. Cursed rat. Managed to get into my chair and onto mobile web to RANT ABOUT THE RAT.

I feel much better now. Except for my leg. At least it is just muscles that hurt. And I will be back in the pool Friday!

I can tell you really love the little rat, though! :)

It made me laugh out loud. Sorry Seni, you have obviously had a dreadful day with the so-called "rat from hell". I just hope you have not hurt the leg that has recently been operated on.

One of my cats had the really charming trick of sitting out of reach under a guests chair, right in the corner, and being sick with as much noise as it could muster! It was especially good at doing it at dinner parties.
