Check out what $5 worth of flowers can do.
I've made 3 bouquets (one for downstairs,
one for the bathroom & one in the bedroom).
I'm still recuperating. I've been for follow up doctor appointments and am seeing a specialist on Friday. I had my first treatment yesterday - a 90 minute massage. At first I wondered if I was going to be able to stay but the massage therapist was able to sort things out and in the end I'm glad I went. I slept for the first time through the night without medication and even though I can still feel how tight it all is the treatment was at the right time and there will be more of that to come.
Just thought I'd check in. I've got a fully stocked fridge filled with amazingly healthy foods and friends have made sure I'm kept in both groceries and flowers. It was one of my resolutions to have a weekly bouquet and eat well and so far I've not missed a week! I've kept busy making meal plans and grocery lists and reading up on healthy eating ... how lucky I am to have bought the juicer and blender. It's made my meal making a lot easier.
The Chopra Yoga Centre put my Membership on hold - what a class act they are. I won't be able to do yoga for awhile but the specialist I am seeing is into yoga (I saw it on his website). This pleases me no end.
With luck I'll be back to work after Spring Break. Waiting to see what the specialist says though because that's whose direction, I'll be following - along with my own doctors.
