Just after Christmas, my husband and I began walking. We both knew we needed to add exercise into our routine...both for health and weight. I saw Sparkpeople on-line and clicked our of curiosity. I am amazed at what I've found. I actually joined January 16th. Since that time, I've tracked our walks, read blogs and articles and participated in the surveys and quizzes. I've also lost 5 pounds! It may not seem like a lot...but to me it's awesome! I've a long way to go. My goal is 40 pounds. Wow! Seems like a lot. But, I'll keep focusing on having more energy and slowly watching the pounds come off! Here's my journey!
