So I tired Jillian Michaels Body Revolution DVD Series... The 1st two weeks where not bad, but the third week kicked my ass.. Seriously, I felt that I skipped a week or something. In doing this DVD set, I learned that my balance is not as great as I thought it was and also that I am not that flexible.
I am a truly a big boned guy and I do not move like the people on the DVD. I would have to say that i might be too out of shape for the Body Revolution DVD series, but I am still going to work on my own body revolution! I am going back to my weight set workout and going to start using a incline trainer.
