Today is day 47 of my on track streak!

Thursday is Valentines Day, and there will be no fancy heart shaped box of chocolates for me...and thats just fine! I can honestly say that I don't want it this year. If you're like me and are also saying NO to the heart shaped box of chocolates, I hope you are proud of yourself! Here's something for you that is even better! Enjoy!

My personal theme for this month is to be my own Valentine. I hope you will be your own Valentine too, you are really worth it!

Always speak kindly to yourself!

Never forget that you are amazing!

You are so beautiful!

Repeat after me..."I am beautiful!"

No matter what the scale says, you are beautiful and worthy of your own love!

Even if you are not happy with your weight right now, you still deserve love and happiness! Live your life now, and love yourself now....not ten pounds from now!

Love yourself enough to reward your body with healthy food and exercise!

Have a happy and healthy Valentines day!

So true - we are all beautiful, and we all deserved to be loved for the people we are right now. My DH bought me houseplants (my choice) for Valentine's Day. We are going out for lunch tomorrow, and maybe to a movie. It will be another wonderful, healthy, happy day.

DH gaveme one of those boxrs last year. I didn't have the -heart- to tell him i didn't want it and hurt his feelings. I took a long time to eat them all though. He is in Australia right now, so I may escape this year. emoticon

I won't be getting a box of chocolates, either.

I'm going shopping tonight and buying fruits and veggies to have as snacks.
I'm not going out to dinner, I'm having baked fish, a baked potato, and a fresh veggie, probably broccoli.
I have to go to my Uncle's wake tomorrow night and his funeral Fri. morning. Not looking forward to it.
    I really love your blog.
Have a Happy Valentines Day! You are emoticon

My DH and I are postponing our Valentine's celebration until Sunday, when we're going to a classic guitar recital, with a tapas dinner beforehand.

Valentine's Day falling during Lent means a lot of folk will be sorry they've given up chocolate. Not me: it's a great reason to say don't buy me chocolate. Although I've bought him some heart shaped jelly beans.
