Getting my Groove on!

Well here it is Wednesday already, did my weigh in with a small loss, that's good every little bit counts ; gets us a step closer to goal! emoticon
Tomorrow is TNT, I will take my time and do as much as I can..no more pushing beyond my boundaries (well maybe a wee bit lol)
I have to say I'm getting a little better , eating very healthy, could tweak the diet a bit more to lower carbs, but other than that happy with what I have going on! Drinking lots of water, getting in lots of exercise, I would say I have come a long ways since the start of the challenge. I'll tell you one thing, things are much better organized thanks to the challenges lol! emoticon
The support and encouragement from the team is the best, just today I got some advice from a Spark friend, and it really made me stop and think about how well I was actually doing, like she said, everything is not measured by the weight lost, but by all the changes we go through to become healthier and happier individuals , it is a journey, and it is one step at a time, I forgot Rome was not built in a day, it takes time to build a good solid structure for weight loss!
Thank you Jane, I feel better already!

    Yeah - I'm getting more cleaning, more decorating and more exercise as well as dieting properly since joining the challenge - as well as other things! :-)
