Well my first official weigh was today..and as expected I didn't lose anything. But I am not going to be discouraged. I did however did notice a change in my body fluid & body weight. It went down a little bit. I have that Weight Watchers scale that tells you everything from weight to BMI. So now I am going to keep track of those numbers as well to see I notice a different in those numbers as well. So with those results that just mean I have to add some additional workout time & exercises in my program.
But I have to admit, I do have a little more energy than I had a month ago. So I am improving in that. Gym last night was good. My thighs were on fire when I hit the stairmaster, but I continue to work through it. Last night was my first night on upper body(which I actually have a lot of strength in). Just need to work on toning my triceps and back. And my girlfriend even did her workout without complaints. Even though she tried to weasel out of going, she still went with me and did her workout.
Goal for the end of the month: 2-5lbs lost...(crossing my fingers)
