Loving Myself Challenge: Day 26

1. I took the stairs when ever I needed to go to another floor. Skipped the elevator
2. Took a walk as soon as I got home with my dog! He got a good workout and so did I.
3. I took a much needed break yesterday and went to bed early
4. Slept 10 hours!
5. Tracked all my food and exercise.
