1. I took the stairs when ever I needed to go to another floor. Skipped the elevator
2. Took a walk as soon as I got home with my dog! He got a good workout and so did I.
3. I took a much needed break yesterday and went to bed early
4. Slept 10 hours!
5. Tracked all my food and exercise.

:) It's almost Valentine's day! Do you guys have anything planneD?!

10 hours! Awesome. I hope to do some of that this weekend when my daughter goes to grandma's.

1. I ate really well today - tons of veggies and in my calorie range.
2. I repeated the positive mantras: I'm maintaining my ideal weight with ease and I'm at peace with food and my body.
3. I took care of my husband who is really not feeling well after chemo.
4. I got the laundry done (5 loads!).
5. I had a joyful time at work.

It sounds like you did well with your challenge.

My plans for Valentine's day are to stay home and let the electrician in to do his job.

NO plans for V-day, I honestly don't like being out in all that mess along with everyone else. Plus, I feel you should show your love to your loved ones every single day not just one day out of the year. I tell hubby no flowers, no card, no candy, no jewelry, nada, I rather go do something active BUT one year I can tell you the best V-day present was Lasik surgery. emoticon
