lazy butt to running nut! (or as others call it, C25K)

This aint my first rodeo. I've attempted you before, Mr Couch to Five K. Even made it to the 20 minute mile once before, and then quit for no damn reason.

This time it is different. I've got no excuses holding me back. For gosh sakes, the treadmill is right in the other room, instead of 15 miles away.

I'm almost done with my first week. Its equally as hard as it was a year ago, but I know if I push through it, I will complete it, and I will get to that point where I am running 20 minutes straight.. and beyond.

I am not in great shape. I am just at the start of my weight loss journey. But, it can be done.

    good luck! I'm on my 2nd attempt at it too, but stuck at the same place I was last time. Boo week 5.

    You can do it. Everyday get on that treadmill even for a short time if you don't "feel" like it
