All my family on my Mom's side are heavy people. I have always been a little bit leary of becoming heavy, so I have always been aware of my weight. I tend to stay away from anything that I think may make me put on those extra pounds. Since I lost my son two years ago, I have lost about 20 pounds now. It's not that I have been trying to lose that much, it's just that I can't sit still. If I sit still I think too much. I do not need to lose much more, I want to maintain where I'm at. So with SparkPeople, it has helped me to realize what I can do to maintain the weight I want, and the excerise I need to just tone up. Thank you SP for all your help!
