So to stay accountable I am keeping all my weigh in tracked at the bottom of the about me part of my page. Trying to go back to just my weekly weigh ins again since I decided Saturday weight is "the one that counts" anyway.
Plus it lets me utilize my only full hour of silence in the mornings to the max! In my life this hour is priceless lol! My weekdays usually start with waking up with hubby at 5. I get him his lunch packed and make him some breakfast.
Usually a big bowl of oatmeal. (Very tempting for me to join him in eating my breakfast at this time too especially if I did not get enough sleep. I just wake up super hungry and in need of some energy right away.
Yes breakfast is important and I do not skip it. I just like to first get my whole 12 hours of a nightly fast second get my yoga in. (not fun doing downward facing dog with food coming back lol) and third I like to at least get 3 "fasted cardio" sessions in a week if not more. So that is why I postpone breakfast a bit. I will just have my full bottle if water and unsweetened tea to join him :-)
Anyway... Then once he is out the door I get at least one full hour (most of the time... If the little one doesn't wake up early...) I love having this time to myself in the mornings. Even more since starting the Boost your willpower program I mentioned before. It really helps me get my head in the right place for the day. And all the extra yoga is also helping me with my regular aches and pains. I typically will be dealing with knee hip or back pain once or twice a week. Or daily at times! Yoga and I are definitely becoming friends because of this bonus lol.
Okay so the numbers! I was updating my page with more info on actual progress from last year and I realized I actually burned off 11 pounds of fat over the year!!! Woooohooooo! That made me very happy. Here is what is at the bottom of my page right now.

*(lean mass varied for the first few months as low as 87 and only up to 90 by April. Lost some going too low cal. Had to learn to balance cardio and food intake better!)
I am exited about 2013. I want to keep building muscle and gain another 6-10 pounds of it by the end of the year!
