Starting Again

This week I am starting over. I back slide, but I'm not going to beat myself up. My eating has been ok, but my exercising is getting really good. Now I just need to get on track with my eating.

    emoticon I can relate to you. I am in a similar situation but I have been doing great with my eating but not so great with my exercise.
Sometime doing small adjustments to your meals have a great effect and you don't have the normal 'diet-feeling' where it seems like you are not allowed to eat any thing.
