I've lost 9.8 lbs total as of today. Tomorrow I will measure. I am doing Zumba for an hour 3 days a week. Clean eating is going just ok. I'm still having some things that aren't considered clean but I am doing tons better than I was. Taking baby steps with it. I have found a wonderful ingredient called Quinoa. I'm sure some of you have heard of it before. It's sorta like rice. I guess a cross between rice and pasta maybe. Anyway, I bought Ancient Harvest Traditional Organic at Kroger. It's pretty good. I made an Italian type dish with onions, bell peppers, canned tomatoes, canned sauce, garlic, chicken, and quinoa. And I made a Mexican type dish with roasted tomatoes, Mrs. Dash fiesta lime seasoning, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, garlic, chicken, and quinoa. Pretty filling stuff. Reminds me of oatmeal.
