    The key for me (YMMV) has been:

1. Think a little
2. Do a little
3. Repeat


As you repeat, the little becomes bigger and bigger (in effect, not time) with each step, and the total becomes huge. It is far better to have that huge amount of success than what used to be a huge amount of blubber, or other "baggage".
