Today's assignment is to log how many pounds I will lose to achieve my 5% weight loss goal.
Current Weight: 219 pounds
Target Weight: 208 pounds
By When: April 20th, 2013
I will do this by:
Goal to eat 1570 - 1920 calories per day
Goal to burn 2400 calories per week
Goal to go from 219 to 208 by 04/20/2013
(Note: Starting weight subject to change by lbs (hopefully) lost by the start of the 2013 Winter into Spring 5% Challenge on February 23.
I think I can do this! Just a little over a pound a week? I've lost 19 lbs so far. Definitely can do this.
