Stability Ball of DOOM!!!

Day 3 of the 90 day work out. It was "Ultimate Ball" day.

All I can say is that there should be a more specific warning given. Maybe something like - "If you are really out of shape AND uncoordinated this workout may not be for you!"

Seriously, it was tough.

BUT!

I managed to get through it, having a few laughs with myself along the way. At one point the ball shot out from underneath me, nearly taking out my glass of water, and my Beagle. A different time, when I was "walking" the ball out, to do some crazy inverted planking move, I went a little too fast, and a little too far and ended up face-planting onto my couch cushion. That being said, I may not be the most graceful exerciser out there, but I've got a lot of heart, and I did give it my all. (Albeit sweating and swearing the whole way! ) Of course, I had to modify some of the moves, but doing that served to remind me that;

Above all else I need to be patient with myself. Honoring my body and accepting what it is capable of right now... in this very moment, is key in my situation. I can't wait to be stronger..and have confidence in my body and it's abilities.

    It is a super tough workout, but I love that one! I really like that workout series as well. Good luck in your journey!
