Hmm...wouldn't have figured!

Wednesday, February 13, 2013

So, not so juicy this week. I have been eating some in the evenings. I focus on veggies/fruit and meat and try to avoid cheeses and breads. Choosing to eat healthy after not eating anything, seems as if it is a privilege and not a penalty. I did go to a buffet with my husband yesterday-ate until I was done focusing on making good food choices. I fudged in small amounts-but the vast majority of what I ate was very healthy. Woke up this morning still lighter. This has been my best weight loss attempt and I think it is because I've become more disciplined about getting my exercise in regularly. I don't want to think of myself as an inactive person. I have an inactive job though-which means I have to make up for that a bit at home. That need not be a weight issue-perhaps just a life choice. Food for thought.....

emoticon balancing out your diet! Restricting certain foods only makes you want them more. There are no "good" and "bad" foods. Portion size is key! You are doing it girlie! emoticon
