On January 27, 2013 I restarted my plan here on SparkPeople. I've been a member since 2006 and haven't really worked the program. I decided that maybe a fresh start was what I needed.
The first week I didn't really track my food,exercise, or journal and I gained a pound. Not a very good start.
The second week I exercised three days, tracked food three days,and wrote in my journal every day. I lost one pound.
This is the third week. I tracked my food Sunday, Monday, and part of Tuesday. I worked out both Monday and Tuesday and did a lot of walking at work. Yesterday I was really tired and started snacking as soon as I got home from work. I should have either take a nap or done some cleaning instead. I haven't been sleeping well so I too, a Tylenol PM last night. I slept so much better but it was hard to get up this morning. I will walk at lunch to make up for this.
I make better choices when I get enough sleep.
