Already feeling a bit more motivated than yesterday... When I went to the doctor, he said I had done a "good job" losing weight Since he was critical of my weight before, I'm really happy about that. Hearing some praise for my efforts has motivated me to keep trying.

He had my thumb x-rayed, and he didn't see signs of arthritis, but he's having the x-rays sent to the radiologist just in case. He also said I could quit taking my sinus prescriptions since a clear CT scan meant that I don't have sinusitis. (Still doesn't explain headaches from my "undeveloped frontal sinuses" though...) I'm getting a blood test tomorrow to check my cholesterol again, but he seemed to think I should stay on the medicine for it.
