Well last week i was very discourage and had some really good feed back and made me feel better about myself.. I am still pushing through and trying to get this body to rise out of the ashes of depression, stress, and other mental oddities i may have lol.. But i have dissected some of things that are going on with me.. I was told that i am building up my "lean" muscles and that once i get over that hurtle that the weight will start coming off.. not that it hasn't already but just transferring into good muscles.. I am also changing my program a little that way i don't get stuck and don't go no where with this.. thank you everyone that has come to my page and encouraged me to keep pushing and not to look at things from others experiences and that everyone is different.. I understand all that now.. i guess i just wasn't seeing it last week u___u lol thank you everyone!!
