Finding ways to have fitness and free time

There are only 24 hours in a day and it is recommended that we try to sleep for one third of that so that leaves us sixteen to play with. Most of us have to work so there goes another eight, plus commute time and lunch and break times. If we have a family it is important to spend time with them each day, and then there are the daily things that must be done like eating and such. This doesn't even account for the unexpected events or routine things that must be done on a weekly or monthly basis on scheduled work days.

So what gets cut? I am fortunate. I live alone. An "empty nester" and retired; so I do not have to take myself to a job for five or more days a week. Not so for many of you out there in Spark People Land!!! Yet we all find our ways to "Git er done!!!" Personally I am proud to participate with a group that says to make a start by just getting up and moving. Because that is how the journey truly begins!!!
