I've been really lax about my food - I know this. I don't track because it's a pain. I eat sweets because I want them. I complain about the weight I've gained.
Well guess what? I know what I'm supposed to do.
I did a mini-WOD this morning in my nightgown and sport bra. Let's just say seeing my naked lower half in the mirror doing flutter kicks is motivation enough to pass on the sweets.
No free cupcakes this morning at a vendor show - that's progress!
