This marks another week where Saturday and Sunday delivered expertly placed karate chops to my already shaky tower of healthy habits. As (what has recently become) usual, Monday and Tuesday were spent trying to piece together my healthy habits again. Luckily it didn't end up as bad a weekend as the past Super Bowl one and I was able to recover pretty easily.
The fact that I lost 3 pounds this week is actually quite surprising considering I wasn't in my calorie range a few days and I didn't workout as much as usual. Just imagine how much weight I'd lose if I actually stayed focused all 7 days?
I'm currently 4.5 pounds away from exiting the 200's. That's pretty darn exciting. I haven't lost more than 4 pounds a week since SparkPeople and I kick-started this healthy habits journey in November. I lost that 4 pounds the first week but that only included eating right - I wasn't doing any form of purposeful exercise yet.
Maybe (if I'm lucky) I can shoot for under 200 for next Wednesday's weigh-in...
What's with this "Maybe (if I'm lucky)" crap?!?! Come on Kristina - it's time to nut up or shut up!
Ok! Fine. I WILL get under 200 for next week's weigh-in. Are you happy?
Yes. Thank you. You may continue on.
As I was saying, if I do well this week 4.5 pounds might actually be doable. Is doable spelled right? Is it even a word? It looks SO weird written out.
Quit getting side tracked Kristina! People will start to think you have multiple personalities (which she doesn't by the way).
So I've yet to have a week where I've been rockin' and rollin' on the diet and exercise front. If I can lose 3 pounds during a week that includes 2 or 3 VERY bad days, then maybe I could lose a little more during a week that includes 7 days of being very good. Makes sense, right?
Ok then, let's do this. I'm officially setting a goal to lose 4.5 pounds by this time next week.
Wow, that was difficult to write. I don't like to commit myself to those kind of things but I think this one is very doable... do-able?
