It's a better week.... So far, at least!!!

I feel back to normal... I'm working on everything all at once, and it's okay!

I went to a psychologist for her to tell me that I wasn't losing my mind! My daughter's grandparents are bad grandparents... And we talked over solutions to help me deal with their lack of involvement, that I have been practicing every day since I left there....

Today I tried (just a little bit) of high intensity interval training... Now, don't get me wrong, I could only go through the routine twice, instead of 3 times... And I used 5 pound weights, but it's a start... My arms hurt, my abs hurt, my legs are tired, and I feel as though I've accomplished something... Then I added a quick 20 minute elliptical routine, with intervals of fast and slow...

So this week I am moving forward in a positive direction and it feels good... My goal a couple of weeks ago was not to be weak. To be able to do what I wanted, when I wanted, and not be sore the next day... I want to keep this up... I know for me it is all a state of mind. If I can work through some of these other issues, I will keep it up!
