Day 3 of a new month

On day one I weighed in at 189.6. While going to a new church we have made some great friends! One of those friends are in the process of starting a new buisness of REAL healthy food (natural, clean food) for busy people on the go. So myself and few others are part of her group to try out her drinks. For 30 days I will drink 32 oz of a vegetable, green, fruit blend in addition to my normal eating. The goal is to track my progress and the benefits of eating so many greens and fruits and vegetables. So far (only day 3) I have noticed sleeping better and I was able to turn down my addiction of sweets yesterday. WOW first time in a while I did that! Hopefully the benefits keep coming!
Update on my foot: Still no exercise and I start Therapy on Valentines day to increase ROM in toe. We are going to get memberships tonight to a gym that is a few miles away and I am so excited to start next week!

    I've always wanted to try more regular juicing, I've heard they have amazing benefits! But I don't have a juicer (added to my list of appliances I need) I hope you can continue to reap the benefits.
