Just over a pound lost last week - down to 177.8.
Still have no appetite, nothing tastes good. I make myself eat because I don't want to get light-headed and dizzy at work. Even my ultimate comfort food; dark chocolate, seems to make my stomach hurt. I have so much anxiety in my stomach when I wake up in the morning that it's hard to eat breakfast - and I've always been a cereal-lover. I feel like I've just lost any happiness that I ever got from anything, including food.
