The First Day

Wednesday, February 13, 2013

Today is going well! I had a cup of coffee this morning, and a good breakfast, with a little sweet indulgance, but hey...I can't flip a switch and change! The good news is that my breakfast had a great calorie range!

Shortly after breakfast I did my FAVORITE workout, which is TaeBo Kickboxing! I know he's kinda old (we did his videos in Middle school for gym class), but I've always loved his workouts! So I thought I could power through a little 25 minute one, and whew!! I absolutally had to stop at 16 minutes! However, I am very proud of that 16 minutes!!! According to the Spark Calorie and FItness trackers I've burned off Breakfast. Literally. I had 327 calories for breakfast, and I burned 327 calories! LOL I thought it was funny!

Anyway, I'm getting closer to shedding this emotional baggage that's holding me down lately, and learning that it's really my attitude holding me down, and nothing else. I have to change my attitude, before I can fully change my body. I am learning not to listen to what others may say negitively about me, and focus on the good things about me:

1. I have rockin' hair! (Although my husband said last night that I looked a little like Hermione off of Harry Potter. :/ )

2. I have a really pretty face! No really...I do. LOL

I'm sure there will be more to come, but for right now that's what I got. Don't over-do it, right? LOL, No but really, I don't want to over-do it and for me to think that..I'm not sincere...about myself...You get me?

Well anyway, I'm pumped up and ready to homeschool the kids today, and I KNOW we'll have a great day!
