I have never been a good blogger, however that is defined. And I never know quite what to put in a blog. For my last two blogs I have been talking about my sweet tooth and the challenges that I face with it. But I want to get everything about my healthy journey out in the open so I can either receive positive or negative feedback (both are welcome). So what I am going to start on for the next 8 weeks is the the 8-Week Rookie Running Program because I have always wanted to be a good runner. I have heard a lot about how running calms the nerves and reduces stress (I need a major dose of that), so here I go with day one....
Day One: Walk for 4 minutes, then jog for 1 minute. Repeat 3 more times (Total workout time 20 minutes).

P.S. I have also noticed people putting up before and after pictures of their progress, sounds like a good idea.
