After yesterday's blog I got a personal message from a Sparker. This person works for the company that services these warranties!!! Go figure. I was instructed that I could contact them with an alternate way of communication to see if anything could be worked out.
WOW!!! I only replied with saying I would let the supervisor try to do right and submit my request for a buy out. But if I still have struggles - I will certainly do what the Sparker suggested.
