I have power cleans and push jerks to work on this morning.. I can't find weight lifting in the fitness tracker...hmmmmm.. Will have to research .. Never thought about how many cals burned until now .. MUST do bike tonite.. I will be home much earlier.. Will get on when they all go to bed... Feeling positive.. Helps to blog each day I am finding!!
