So I've got my diet under control now. My night time snacks are no longer composed of enough calories to feed a small army. I'm eating lighter throughout the day and it's becoming easier.
Finding time to exercise is still a bit of an issue, but I'm working on it. After 9pm I usually have the basement to myself, but by that time I'm pretty bagged as it is. Being a dad is tiring!
I am going to figure out something that works... I may even book off work early once a week and come home just to work out while my boy is still in daycare.
