Time for me to address the elephant in the room. My emotional eating habits! I just didnt know how bad it was until I started my journey, I just didnt know how bad it was until I started eating better, I just didnt know how bad it was until I started walking 6-7 days a week! I'm ok WEIGHT WISE because I keep vegetables, fruits and low calorie snacks in my home and at the office, but the emotional eating is sooo obvious to me today. What if I did keep donuts, chips, cookies and cake in home today. I would be back where I started almost two years ago. Is emotional eating one of my last hurdles or still one of many I have yet to realize? I have not conquered this mountain yet(this I know for sure). I HAVE JUST CHANGED MY SURROUNDINGS AND RELY ON MY STRENGTH MOST DAYS. I wont go into detail but I have had my moments when I couldnt hold out(like yesterday).
