I almost postponed weighing myself this morning thinking that I could drop an ounce or two with the wait, but I got on the scale anyway. I was just praying for that number looking back at me to be in the 166 pound range. I closed my eyes waiting for the scale to read my weight expecting to happy with 166 point something and it was 164.6. I couldn't believe my eyes and weighed myself two more times.
So, last week was a hard week. I ate out more than normal and snacked too much causing me to go over my calorie limit on some days. I didn't get 8 glasses of water in each day either. I did stick to exercising 3 days a week for 30 minutes though.
I'm so happy, but I need to work on adding some new goals to my plan. That is what I hope to accomplish this week.
