I am not doing well at all with sticking to my food plan. I want to eat and eat and eat. I'm gaining instead of losing. I started out strong but lost motivation quickly. Some how I have to get it back before I weigh more than when I started. I've just been going thru the motions instead of working at it. I need to change and change now!
