Cause that's what can happen tomorrow if you don't have a plan.
Doesn't matter if you have a SO or not, VD day can be a real disaster if you don't plan for it. Just happens to be my birthday, too. Double whammy.
I made my disaster plan & this is what it looks like:
Paleo chocolate chocolate chip waffle for breakfast
Actually, half a waffle cause those suckers still pack a powerful calorie punch. I made them yesterday & cut a couple in half - I might be able to fit in a whole one at some point, but since tomorrow "starts" my eating week & is a holiday & I want some sweets . . . well, I'm working on smaller portion sizes anyway.
Salad with strawberies, goat cheese & 1 tbsp candied nuts for lunch. Plus some chocolate dipped strawberries. So simple - melt chocolate in microwave & dip in strawberries. Put on wax paper & let harden in fridge. Why pay $5 per strawberry?
DH is bringing home sushi for dinner
Because we plan to go out for sushi this weekend, too, I'm just getting 4 pieces ngiri & 1 roll.
I made some "healthy" candy for dessert. Chocolate coconut & chocolate almond coconut bites.
I'll bet you're drooling by now. All the work was done ahead of time so I can at least semi- relax tomorrow, altho today will be long & being tired from lack of sleep isn't helping. I made DH some paleo banana chocolate chip bread for breakfast tomorrow, too. It stuck slightly to the bottom of the pan so good thing I was thinking of using a heart shaped cookie cutter on it (which reminds me I've got to dig up the cookie cutters).
