Days 5 & 6

I did really good with my food these two days, I also went to the gym Monday. It is my goal to go every Monday, Wednesday and Friday to start out. I will walk on alternate days. I found some awesome new chips to substitute for my addiction to Lays (special k sour cream and onion cracker chips) They are soooo good!

    I've have come to love my snack of Snyder's unsalted mini pretzels. They tasted very bland at first but now I love them and think regular pretzels are waaay too salty.
