My Motivation for Today

I am on week 3 of trying to get more sleep. I am definitely doing better during the week.
I did pretty well with food choices yesterday. I am planning on making this a habit. So I will be repeating my behavior from yesterday.
1. stay in midpoint of calorie range
2. drink my water
3. no emotional eating
4. no mindless snacking
5. cardio and ST
Eat healthy, Exercise, Sleep, Drink my water. Repeat.
