Good Bye to 240. I am now 238.6. I haven't seen the 230's for about 5 years. I have decided as I move down to the next number, I am saying good bye to the one from before and I don't want to see it again.
I am feeling healthier and more energetic than I have in years. You definitely need to incorporate exercise as well as eating healthy and getting plenty of water to drink. We are now starting week 5 of our 12 week challenge and I am hanging in there.
