So I have decided to support my friends who "give up"something for lent by doing 40 days of staying on track. I will count down from 40-0 starting this morning,
I will walk
I will drink my water
I will stay in calorie range
I will set this goal for 40 days really isn't that long, emoticon

    I really like the idea of doing something vs. giving up something. anything that insinuates denial is never successful for me!

Good job!

I am going to drink my water, at least 10 eight oz. glasses/day

I am going to get my 8 hrs. sleep!

That's for starters.
