So, I've decided to drop the whole day count. I feel like its sort of dragging me down and making me feel worse about how I'm doing. I weighed myself today and put on 3 pounds. I've decided not to count it against me though. I have been retaining water so much so that I can really see the swelling in my legs. I am getting close to that time of the month, so I'm really not concerned. So today I'm just sitting around with my feet up trying to get the swelling down. My ankle and leg feel pretty ok thankfully.
