Stressed and depressed

I am not feeling very well, I think I am a little depressed and worried.... thinking that I lost so much time around the same weight, being 2 kg up and down.... hate it...
made a new plan for loosing weight today... but I am still worried, stressed and depressed...

    Every little step is something to be happy over! Keep taking those steps even if you fall, get up, even if you take 2 steps in the opposite direction, right yourself and take a step in the right direction! Everyday there is something we can be happy and thankful for, why? Because Jehovah made it that way! Just look a little closer.

    Sorry you are having a struggle. One thing about getting healthy (healthier) is that it is not a race...while it is nice to have fast and dramatic weight loss or change, slow is OK and is healthy. How can I be of encouragement or help to you? emoticon

    I just read a blog on the benefits of "SMILE". While you read this, smile even if you have to force it. Aftr a while, it begins to lift your mood. Then go out and smile at other people and watch them immediately smile back. You might try getting outside too. That always lifts my spirits. Hope your day gets better because you deserve to be happy and content. SMILE!
