List YOUR reasons/excuses on why YOUR diets and exercise plans have not been well executed in the past. OK that might be too long a list, so give 3 or 4 reasons and for each write a strategy that will keep you on track for 8 weeks. Let's learn from our past behaviors and make this our best Challenge ever!
I recently found out i suffer from both Fibromylagia and IBD, and when they flare up it somewhat stops me from doing the things i should be doing. I have been able to do things when they are a lower pain but my constant pain is a 6, on scale from 1 to 10, 10 being unbearable, when i get to a 8 or more i do tend to stop.
In the past i had trouble sticking to something, and when i fell out i usually gained it back so i lost motivation. Also the fact i don't have a good support system to help me loose weight.
Flexible plans don't really work with me because it has no structure, and without it i fall out and go back to my own ways, but to build a structure plan i have trouble doing, so its a bit double.
Time management is an issue with me, so little time, so much too do. I need to work on this.
