Is there something you eat often that you have learned to cut the calories on? What works best for you? Do you have something you can share with us?
Well i usually drink tea, biological and herbal ones mainly they have 0 calories in, and it tends to fill you up on water so you don't need anything else. But there are times where i need something crunchy so i have a rice cake with all natural peanut butter, that is less than 100 calories.
