List ALL your trigger foods: salty foods, fried foods, fast food, sweets
Sources of the Trigger Foods: a fast food restaurant,Drive thru, Convenience store, Meals with family or friends, teachers' lounge, Treats from others
Describe the most common situations where you reach for the trigger foods or snacks: bored, anxious, stressed, eating to feel a part of the group (usually at work); I eat chips at home, as soon as I get home.
My trigger foods would be foods of heavy carbs, noodles, pasta, rice, and so forth. Another would be oily nuts, cashews, macadamias, or even nuts covered in sugar. Fried foods, pizza.
The source of my trigger foods, alot of it is my husband and kids, they want mc donalds, and its hard to say no to even one thing when it comes to drive thru. Or when my husband comes home with a pizza the smell gets to you and you are triggered to eat some. Or him bringing fries the smell of fried food makes you want to eat it, and shopping malls alot of places have no healthy food at all, and when your hungry you tend to give in.
Most common situations are .... when i didn't pack lunch and i go to a shopping center, or when my husband comes home with some sort of fast food and to eat as a family.
