Frustrating

Wednesday, February 13, 2013

Today we have our Wellness Clinic at work and now the spouses have to attend also if we want to be able to choose a less expensive health plan. Everyone is complaining about it including my spouse. I keep telling him and them that I can't do anything about it. My stress level has gone sky high and I want some comfort food but I am not going to give in. This will pass and things will get back to normal. I will not give in!! I will not give in!! I have to keep repeating this or I might weaken and binge but I know it will only hurt me.

Just being there to support your spouse shows that you care. He should be thankful that he has some type of health care plan offered to him. Everything is going up in price and that's one thing that will not change. You are a very strong individual and you stand out in the crowd. You go girl and follow your path to a healthy life style. I support you all the way. Don't give in to temptation and if you fall just remember to get back up and take it one step at a time.
