2013 Winter Into Spring 5% Challenge - Assignment #3

Today's assignment is to list all the reasons you want to lose weight. What do you want to change? How do you want to look? How do you want to feel? What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body? And list all the OTHER things that you want to change!

Reasons why i want to loose weight is to be healthier, fitter, toner, more flexible, , have more energy, and able to do more. I want to look hot for my husband, i want to get a hug from my children that feels like a hug and not to be a struggle as they can not get their arms around me.

I want to change my body to be able to shop in the normal clothes section and not always in the XL section they have back of the store, i want to be able to shop in boutiques and lingerie shops , i want to be able to eat anything i like and not be judged upon it. I want to feel happier in a smaller me. I would love to show off myself at a beach without rolls.

I don't want to look like a skinny supermodel, i want to look healthy and fit for someone of my age (27). I want to be a wowwy mommy not a frumpy one.

I wish to feel like i am on top of the world, i used to feel that before i got big, and i want that feeling again, not someone who is scared to show her appearance because the size i am.

Thing i would love to do is to be able to shop in any clothing store where there are the now days known as normal sizes, i want to be able to eat anything i want and not be judged on, eating a salad now is painful in public. I want to go to theme parks and not worry i won't fit with the seat belt, I want to be able to wear a bikini and look good.

Other things to change, i am not sure at this point of time, maybe it will come to me down the track.
